UK’s ambition of becoming a world leader in the Fourth Industrial Revolution by 2030 hence the term - Industry 4.0. The Review made 4 key recommendations: Leadership, Adoption, Innovation and Skills.

Made Smarter Yorkshire and Humber was launched earlier this year, following a successful pilot, as part of a National industry 4.0 programme to improve digital transformation within manufacturing. The programme encourages companies to talk to digital specialist who can help grow their business in areas such as:

* Leadership and management training
* Grant funding (5k – 20k match funding)
