Ruth Rodgers entered journalism in 1991 as a trainee reporter at the Co Down Outlook. Since then she has worked for a number of other local news titles including the Banbridge Chronicle and the Dromore Leader. In March 2009 she became the third editor of Farming Life, Northern Ireland's leading agricultural supplement since 1963. In 2023 the Farm Week title also came under National World ownership, both in terms of digital and print presence. Both titles now come under the responsibility of one editorial team under Ruth's leadership.

Paula Smyth works as a national Director of Lantra, a leading Awarding Organisation that focuses on skills development in the land-based and environmental sectors. With a strong background in education, Paula plays a key role in driving Lantra’s mission across the island of Ireland, to provide high-quality training and qualifications across industries such as agriculture, horticulture, animal care, and environmental conservation.
